SHIPPING POLICY
We currently offer hand delivery only on Saturday's to Hong Kong Island & Kowloon.
We feel it is important to consolidate our deliveries to lessen the carbon footprint but please reach out if you want a specific day for your delivery and we will try our best to accommodate your order.
Place your orders by Wednesday to have it hand delivered by Saturday (to arrive either Morning or Afternoon). We will offer a 4 hour window once we consolidate our orders.

for special deliveries we may be able to accommodate.
If no one is home we will send a text to alert you that it has been left by your door or security area with a photo.
We have special arrangements for large orders or general holidays,
please refer to the updated information.

We currently do not offer delivery to the new territories or outlying islands.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Flowers
The Flower People pride ourselves on creating beautiful unexpected bouquets with the most beautiful and interesting blooms available. Due to the nature of fresh flowers we cannot guarantee their lifespan as there are many factors involved such as water, climate and care. Some flowers last longer than others and the range is 2-7 days depending on the species.
We do not offer refunds, but if the flowers arrive damaged or wilted please take a photo within 3 hours of receiving them and send an email to hello@theflowerpeople.shop
We will assess if there is an issue and will strive to offer a replacement.
Gift Boxes
The Flower People take great care in creating our gift boxes to order. All items are checked and packed with great care as we don't use excessive packing materials and they are checked again before delivery.
We do not offer refunds but if there is any problem please reach out
and let us know why you are not happy.
